結成から気付けば12年目、メンバーチェンジを重ねつつも未だ爆走迷走しっぱなしの鶯谷コズミックドランカーちんどんパンクSUN CHILDREN SUNの7年ぶり2ndアルバム！

1stアルバムリリースに伴うUSAツアーを成功（及びメンバーの失踪）させた後も複数のスプリットやコンピレーション参加とライブを積み重ねてきたが、どんどん鬱屈としていく世の中に対してモヤ〜ッとする気持ちを表すためにいつもより若干シリアスさが混じった歌詞と、南米南欧系ハードコアパンクを軸にメタルやグラインドコア、アシッドテクノ、特撮などを雑多につまみ食いした音楽性をミキサーにかけて1分単位でブチまけたコンセプトアルバムに仕上がった。

なお本作はLP盤とカセット盤がそれぞれアメリカとチリからジャケ違いでリリース予定、2022年にして未だ世紀末の愛のない世の中で生き残るのは誰だ？
